Margot Gnasso

Margot Gnasso, 87, passed away March 3rd at Mosser Nursing Center, Trexlertown. Born in Santiago, Chile, she was a daughter of the late Abraham Lolas and Juana Sarras Anac.  As a child by the age of 12 she worked to help provide income for her family.  In 1959 she immigrated to Manhattan where she enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology and embarked on her career.  Margot took great pride in her career in Manhattan's garment district as a showroom supervisor where she retired at the age of 74.  Throughout her life she always sought to help anyone in need and cared deeply for her beloved family and many lifelong friends.

Survivors: husband Andrew; son Emil Gnasso (Lisa Gnasso); grandchildren Isabela, Connor and Julia. 

Services: Private graveside service was held at Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
