Gerald R. Tetzlaff

Gerald R. Tetzlaff, 71, of Northampton, Pa., died Feb. 9 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.  Born in Jersey City, he was a son of the late Richard and Gertrude (Kerpen) Tetzlaff.  He was the husband of Carol (Schumacher) Tetzlaff, they were married 45 years last May.  Gerald was a research technician for Maxwell House Coffee for over 36 years, retiring in 1999. 
 
Survivors:  wife Carol; sons Gerald Jr. of Jonestown, Pa, William of Allentown, and Robert of Union, NJ; brother Richard of Toms River, NJ; grandchildren Benjamin, Daniel, Alec and Gabriella; nieces nephews and grand-nieces. 
 
Services:  Friends and family may gather beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15 at the Holiday Inn (Fogelsville), 7736 Adrienne Dr., Breinigsville, Pa. 18031, with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 officiated by Rev. Dr. Robert Santucci.  The family is being assisted by the Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown. 
In lieu of sending flowers, the family asks that you simply take a moment to raise a glass with your family to remember Jerry.
