Phillip Sassano, 46, of Catasauqua, passed away on Wednesday, June 13 2018.

Phil was the loving son of Peter and Laureen Sassano and a beloved brother of Adriana DiNenno, Stefanie Schrampf and Michael Sassano. Phil received a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He loved nature and animals of all types. Phil was an avid toy collector his entire life. He enjoyed video games and comics, as well as watching all kinds of sports on TV. He had a strong passion for working out. He had a wonderful sense of humor, often making everyone laugh. Phil was also a very talented artist. When Phil gets to Heaven, God, his mother and brother will have a gallon of Icy Tea waiting for him at the pearly gates.

Survivors: Father Peter of Catasauqua; Sister Adriana and brother-in-law, Joseph DiNenno, Jr. of Coatesville, PA; Sister Stefanie and brother-in-law, Erik Schrampf of Whitehall, PA; nieces and nephews Kennedy and Sadie DiNenno; Luke, Aiden and Claire Schrampf. Phil was predeceased by his mother, Laureen Sassano and a younger brother, Michael.
